Kylee Schmoyer

Kylee Schmoyer graduated from Hofstra University in May of 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Business. Kylee was very active during college in the Music and Entertainment Industry Student Association (MEISA) having served as Hofstra’s Chapter President. In 2019, she was named by College Magazine as one of their Top 10 Outstanding College Music Students. Kylee interned every semester of her college career, mainly in A&R departments. She was an A&R rep at Hofstra's student run record label, Unispan Records, as well as an A&R intern at Mom + Pop Records, Columbia Records, and Downtown Music Publishing.

After graduating, Kylee met with several A&R executives for informational interviews who offered her great advice on finding a position within the Music Industry. She maintained these new connections as well as her prior ones and eventually started in the Research and Analysis department at Warner Music Group in October 2019, where she worked closely with Warner’s A&R Research teams. Kylee then transitioned to the International A&R department at Warner Music Group under A&R veteran, Joshua Sarubin. Here, she oversaw international collaborations/remixes, writing sessions, and writing camps for all of the artists in the Warner family. She would also find artists' songs/beats, and pitch unsigned artists. 

Kylee now continues this work and provides A&R direction for global priority artists specifically from Warner's Emerging Markets which include: Africa, India, MENA, Turkey, Poland, SEE, and CZ.

 

Angel Martinez

Bronx-based professional Angel Martinez currently serves as Atlantic Record’s VP of Marketing. A talented professional with a bit over two decades of experience, Angel Martinez was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York at the age of 6. Through a series of internships and marketing positions, he found himself at Asylum Records in 2018. Over the past few years at Asylum Records, Martinez oversaw releases from popular names such as Roddy Ricch, Symba, Sonny Digital, Yella Beezy, Wiz Khalifa, Sada Baby, and MoneySign Suede to name a few.

Angel is creating ground-breaking campaigns that are driven by his immense love of the music and his unparalleled understanding of the marketing space. Prior to joining Asylum Records in 2018 as Director of Marketing, Martinez held the title of Project Manager at Def Jam Recordings, creating opportunities and strategic planning releases for artists such Pusha T, Desiigner, 2 Chainz, Jeezy, and more. He previously worked at G-Unit for twelve years, working with artists such as 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, and The Game amongst many others, as well as Interscope Records as Assistant Marketing Coordinator. Martinez also has extensive experience as a radio producer, marketing director, and managing editor.

 

Kevin Hofman

Kevin Hofman is a well-connected senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Starting his career at Island Def Jam Music Group when digital marketing was still in its infancy, he developed online marketing campaigns for artists like Ja Rule, DMX, Mariah Carey, Ludacris, Joe Budden and many more. Kevin went on to work at several other record labels like Virgin Records, Capitol Music Group, eOne Entertainment & consulted on artist and album campaigns for DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Gorillaz, Beastie Boys, 30 Seconds to Mars, Katy Perry and many more.

Eventually his track record for building successful digital marketing and content strategies for new and superstar artists alike encouraged him to create his own website, OnSMASH.com. The mission was to help new, regional & underground artists share their music with the masses when the majority were largely ignored by mainstream music media. OnSMASH went on to become one of the most popular & influential destinations for new music & music videos spawning a new generation of blogs and video-based websites like WorldStarHipHop. Its story has been memorialized in the podcast series, The Blog Era.

Currently, Kevin serves as Vice President of Content Development & Production at Warner Music Group. He’s executive produced several long form documentaries like “Still Rolling,” which celebrated the 10 year anniversary of Wiz Khalifa’s debut album “Rolling Papers.” He also created several content franchises like Iconic Records and Iconic Tracks which spotlight albums and songs that were not just commercially successful but also shaped not just the sounds of their respective genres but popular culture as well.

 

Eleni Psaltis

Eleni Psaltis is a label + product manager at Q Prime management. She oversees the day-to-day logistics of the artist-owned labels (including that of Metallica, Brett Eldredge, Silversun Pickups, Declan McKenna, Dogstar, Baroness, and more), manages the vinyl presses, marketing, and oversees indie retail strategy for the entire Q Prime roster. She was the executive producer of the charity album The Metallica Blacklist, as well as NOISE FOR NOW’s NOISE FOR NOW VOL 1 & 2 compilations, raising money for safe abortion care access.

 

Aidan Henry

Aidan Henry is an A&R and Operations professional for Sparta Distribution, a distribution wing of 300 Entertainment and the greater Atlantic Music Group. He comes from a musical background, starting with the saxophone at 10 years old. Aidan got his start in the industry booking shows in his hometown of Minneapolis while he was in High School. At Sparta, Aidan is the current project manager for Ruth B., elijah, YTK, bdifferent, Brooke Alexx, Elle Eliades, Prince Dre and more. Past work for Burwood Media, 300 Ent., Primary Wave, and Studio Talk. Aidan is a graduate of Hofstra University with a B.A. in Music Business.
